For falling tree damage due to windstorm or ice: |

Take pictures before removing the tree
and debris. It is ok to proceed with clean up before reporting
your claim to us. |

Your damaged dwelling &
personal property (excluding your landscaping) caused by a falling
tree is generally covered under your homeowners policy subject
to your deductible. |

Coverage for the cost of removing
the fallen tree varies by company. If the tree has damaged your
dwelling, coverage for removal generally applies. |
